About Me

Rocker
Caboolture, Queensland, Australia
I worked as an exploration geologist in Tanzania, England, and Australia. After retiring in 1995, I have been able to indulge my passion for building and designing furniture, particularly chairs. Over the years, I have built about 80 pieces of furniture, mostly based on other people's designs, whilst I gained experience. In more recent times, I have started to design my own pieces and to publish articles in woodworking magazines about them. I intend to post the original versions of these articles in this blog, so that people who did not read the magazines in which they were published may have access to them.
